1/2 of a year

My sweet little newborn baby girl is already six months old!! Addison has learned a lot of things in these quick six months. Here are a few stats and accomplishments:

• Addie is 15 lbs.
• Addie rolls over.
• She can sit up.
• This little girl waves. I promise! I can't get her to do it around other people, but she really waves.
• Addie has made her Daddy proud by learning her first word. She doesn't know what it means, but she loves to say, "da-da-da!"
  
• She has one and a half teeth on the bottom. Teething definitely doesn't agree with her.
• She bats one arm up and down as hard as she can when she's angry.
• She has a red-headed temper.
• Addison has a beautiful sleepy smile first thing every morning. She never wakes up grumpy. I love this about her. She lays in her crib and babbles for awhile before we get her up.
• She sleeps through the night, and has since she was 3 weeks old, with only one exception. That was when she had a stomach virus.
• Addie loves her brothers.
• She's already learning to stick up for herself when they get too rough or if she doesn't like something that they are doing.

• Addie loves to eat, but only if it has sweet potatoes in it. She'll try a few bites of everything, then spit it out if it doesn't involve sweet potatoes. Picky picky!
• We are so thankful for Addison. She really has been the sunshine in our somewhat stormy lives. She makes us smile when maybe we wouldn't otherwise. We love you Addie!!!
